James is the co-founder & CTO of Braiv, a platform to support accessibility & global reach through online video.

James brings a wealth of technical knowledge as a full stack engineer and overall AI architecture guru! He is responsible for essentially bringing the Braiv platform to life, one line of code at a time...so yer, no small responsibility!

He's no stranger to founding tech companies, with his previous company and app, Sparkello, proving to be a popular choice for people trying to set personal goals. But somehow, someway, Ben managed to persuade him to try a new adventure.

Before his founder journey, and founding Braiv, James spent over a decade working for Queensland University of Technology (QUT) as a solution architect, and integrations engineer. Seems like the perfect fit for a CTO building a platform consisting of integrating a stack of AI technologies!

Outside of work, James has many passions including:

• Family - he enjoys the sunny life in QLD with his wife and 2 kids
• Basketball - he doesn't just play...he also teaches!
• Photography - if it weren't for him (and his wife...and his camera), the founder shots may never have happened!

James has wanted to be a founder for as long as he can remember, but since meeting Ben through a VC accelerator and building on the vision for Braiv, James is taking that passion and putting into code...and building the video platform of the future!
